Your guide will meet you near the exit of the arrivals hall at your destination airport, they will be in a red top with our logo on. 6. INSURANCE

As with any trip abroad, you should hold your usual travel insurance which will cover for loss of baggage, delays or cancellations. We also highly recommend specific sports cover is taken out as this is rarely covered by most standard travel insurance policies. We recommend the following company as they are highly rated and very affordable. You only need to cover for the trip duration and not an annual policy. This policy is optional but we do strongly recommend it as it covers you for injury, repatriation and costs involved should you become injured through your own doing and not a fault your experience provider. 3 days of cover is under 12 euro. https://www.assurance-multi-sports.com/AssuranceSportIndex_en

7. CONTACT INFORMATION
Your guide for this trip is - TBC
Your guide can be reached by call or Whatsapp. A Whatsapp group will be setup for the duration of the trip to allow easy communication and sharing of media should you wish. if you DO NOT wish to be added to the whatsapp group, please notify you guide in advance.

8. FOOD & DRINK

The accommodation is self catering, with ample cooking facilities available. Your guide will be happy to arrange a trip to the local supermarket each day so people can collect supplies as needed. We will be having lunch on the mountain side most days so ensure you have a day rucksack with you to hold food and drink or any additional clothing you require. A simple packed lunch style meal with drink is usually best for the mountain side, perhaps with some ‘along the way’ snacks too. If you own a

drinks bladder these are great as they pack down small, hold a good volume of water and are lightweight.
